          Ronaldo's diet is fairly strict in that he only eats good carbohydrates and generally avoids fat.He eats a good amount of protein as well.Typically,breakfast includes juice and wholewheat cereal.Lunch would include chicken or some type of meat with salad and a high quality carbohydrate such as baked potato ,wholewheat pasta or vegetables.His afternnon snack would be something like  a tuna roll.For dinner ,he has a similar meal as lunch.
