JURGEN KLOPP TOUGH OPPONENT FOR THE SPECIAL ONE

Yesterday night the main match of the stage 4 of the Champions League qualification groups was the match betwen spanish champions  Real Madrid and Bundesliga champions Borusia Dortmund.As we expected it was a briliant match,a good quality football match.

The results of the match was draw 2-2.Jose Mourinho the Real Madrid coach didn t find the antidot to win the german team.Dortmund with a solid defense put problems to spanish champion and they was not able to open up the adverse defense.

Marco Reus scored in the first gool in the first half in minute 28 after of series of mistakes made by Pepe and   Alvaro Alberoa.After this Real Madrid equalize Pepe scores with a powerful head strike.Jose Mourinho made some mistakes in team composition started in the midle line with Luca Modric.It seems here was the key of the game .Because Modric is not a powerful football player he wasn t able to cope the german midle line.At the first half Dortmund took advantage and scored again after a head deflection to Mario Goetze ,Arbeloa with a inadvertently stabbing the ball near Casilias and the german team lead the avantage in the first half.
Mourinho realize the mistake wich done change at the begining of the second half Luca Modric and Gonzalo Higuain with Michael Essien and Jose Callejon.And the result of this changes have rapidly developed and the spanish champion dominated second half  creating many opportunities to score gools.But unfortunately for Mourinho,Real Madrid equalize in minute 89 Mesut Ozil scored.In concluzion the Jurgen Klopp team was a tough opponent to Real Madrid in both matches.

HOW TO INCREASE SPEED

We all know how fast Usain Bolt is running,he is the faster man on the planet.Today in sport the speed its so important whatever sport you practice(fotball,rugby,soccer,athletics) .Athletes want to improve their speed to be more performant and to obtain good results.The speed can be improved all you need to do is to follow a special training program.Today I will show some techniques that you can use to improve your speed.But you have to understant if dont have a good genetic you can not be a real champion no matter how much you train.No looks the few strategies that you can use.

1 Hip extension

With a tub wich is attach to a hight stationary object,stand in front and atach the free end to your ankle.The leg should be raised thigh slightly parallel.To begin straighten your leg and pull down until your foot touch the ground beside your other leg.Repeat this action for 10 repetition.


2 Perform lunges

This king of exercices is good for large muscles groups especial for quads and hamstrings.After a short warm up of 10-15 minutes of walking select to 10 to 15 lbds  barbells.In this faze you have to choose barbells that you can lift.After you choose barbells hold on in each hands and do lunges,step the right foot forward then shift your weight until the right foot is directly above the ankle,step back and repeat to the left.Don t forget use only 12 to 15 repetition for three sets.

3 Sprint

Run the distance of 100 metres from the star position acceleate gradually to reach a full speed at about 60 metres and sprint all out to the lates 40 metres.Slow down dradually and repeat again

4 Foot and Leg action

In the sprint position the you must to land your foot or acros the metatarshal arch.The foot should be directly under the hip the place where all your force is stored and drive back until your leg is stright behind the body these maximising the stride lenght

SALPINGIDIS STILL KEEP THE GREECE DREAMS

 The winner of 2004 European Championship Greece started with a graw agains Poland one of the quest of European Football Championship 2012.The match it's not start and good conditions for the greeks beacuse the defender Papadoupoulos get the second yellow card and was eliminated.

The Borusia Dortmund striker Robert Lewandovski open the score in 17 min with briliant head shot.All seemed good for  Poland but Salpingidis equalize in 51 minutes of the game.

RICHIE McCAW ALL BLACKS CHAMPION

  Richie McCaw is profesional rugby player,he lead New Zeeland for the second world championship title after defeat France in the World Cup Final 8-7 .He is born in 31 december 1980 in Oamaru North Otago 187m 106 kg.
He is consideret the best openside flanker in the world .
